TOUR THE H & R PRODUCTION FACILITY

Above is an aerial view of our 38,000 square foot facility, which opened in January of 2000. The building was designed, with a great deal of input from our employees, to provide optimum efficiency and excellent work flow. The facility has excellent lighting, epoxy coated floors and is air conditioned.

This is a partial view of our multiple spindle screw machines. (New Britain, Wickman, and Davenport) Our multi-spindle department features an in-floor scrap and oil processing system, mist collection at each machine, an overhead crane for efficient material handling, and material storage at the end of each machine.

Most parts are cleaned in our aqueous parts washing system. This is a programmable, rotating basket system. It allows us to adjust the wash, rinse, and dry cycles. We can also adjust the basket rotation for hard to clean or delicate parts.
