TOUR THE H & R PRODUCTION FACILITY

This is a partial view of our Secondary Operations area. This area includes rotary index tables, specialized drilling equipment, centerless grinding, mills, drill presses, lathe, etc.

We have a complete quality assurance lab, which includes an optical comparator, profilometer, and storage for various gages. All Statistical Process Control data is maintained, in our lab, by our Director of Quality Assurance .

Our state-of-the-art scrap and oil processing system conveys scrap material from our screw machine department. Oil is then automatically removed from the turnings, filtered, and returned to the machines for continuous re-use.
